The CFAVoice Technical support Team provides support for all CFAVoice services. Our mission is to reinforce your success with timely and professional technical support.
Availability
The CFAVoice support team is available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday for all issues. Support for critical issues is available 24 x 7 x 365.
Channels
Support is available through: telephone, email, ticketing or our portal. If you are a CFAVoice customer in need of support, just login to your personal dashboard to access support resources, or send an email to support@cfavoice.com.
Set Up
PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION AND SETUP
The total time for the technical team to complete your install will vary depending on the number of phones and system configuration requirements as agreed to prior to installation.
Professional Installation includes the following:
Setup of your CFAVoice modem.
Setup of your CFAVoice network equipment.
Temporary numbers so that transition is seamless to your customers and employees.
Programming all phones and configuring all ring groups, auto attendants, and other business requirements.
Testing and quality control before the system goes live.
Personal technical support to ensure employees are trained and proficient.
Transition
Seamless Transition.- CFAVoice assigns a personal support technician (PST) as a liaison between the company and CFAVoice for each installation. The PST will help you optimize your new network to take maximum advantage of the CFAVoice Hosted Cloud PBX network. He will meet with the company prior to the installation to verify all system requirements for your unique environment, order all required equipment and schedule a convenient installation date. The PST will be a dedicated resource for the company before, prior and after the installation until the company is satisfied the new system is functioning properly.
